2. Event Registrations & Services

Event details, schedules, speakers, and venues may change. We may update event programs and services as needed.Registration may be subject to additional event-specific terms (e.g., ticket rules, badge policies, venue/security requirements) provided at registration or on the event website.

3. Payments, Fees, and Refunds

If you purchase tickets, sponsorships, booth space, advertising, or other paid services, you agree to pay the applicable fees shown at checkout or in your agreement/invoice.Refunds/Cancellations: 

Payments, Cancellations & Refunds

Unless otherwise stated in a written agreement or invoice, all payments made to Spartans Event Management for event registrations, delegate passes, sponsorship packages, advertising, and exhibition/booth space are non-refundable.

If you are unable to attend, you may request a substitution (transfer of the registration to another attendee from the same company) at no additional cost, provided the request is submitted in writing to info@gulfsteelexpo.com at least 7 business days before the event start date. Substitutions are subject to approval and badge/security requirements.

We reserve the right to make changes to the event program, speakers, venue, dates, and format where reasonably necessary. In the event the event is postponed or rescheduled, your registration/payment will remain valid for the rescheduled dates. If the event is cancelled and not rescheduled, we may, at our discretion, offer either (a) a credit toward a future event, or (b) a partial refund after deduction of non-recoverable costs.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for any travel, accommodation, visa, or other expenses incurred by attendees, sponsors, or exhibitors in connection with the event.

4. Communications

By registering for an event or submitting an inquiry, you may receive transactional communications related to your registration or request. If you subscribe to marketing emails, you may receive newsletters and promotional messages. You can unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time using the link in our emails.

5. Intellectual Property

All website content (text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and software) is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by applicable laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission, except as allowed by law.

6. User Content
